The reservation is accepted ONLY AFTER A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION by e-mail / SMS.
- With a minimum notice of 12 hours* before the service no penalty is applied. - With notice less than 12 hours* before the rental or in case of no show / refusal of service by the client a penalty equal to 100% of the service booked will be applied, in relation to the first day of rental. * Exceptions are services which, for distance reasons, imply that the driver has to go to the requested location starting the day before, or more than 6 hours before the appointment. In this case, the minimum notice without penalty is of 24 hours. With notice less than 24 hours before the rental there is a penalty equal to 100% of the service booked, in relation to the first day of rental.
For arrivals at the airport, stations or ports, if not informed within one hour from the start of the service, at least by telephone, it is included in the rate the wait up to 30 minutes after the agreed time; after that time the hourly rate will be charged for each hour or fraction. This condition is also valid for the extra waiting at departure.
In case of services requiring overnight of the driver out of his house, it is due to the repayment of room and board. For each service with a duration of at least 8 hours it is due to the repayment of the driver board.
The cancellation or change has no cost if communicated five hours before the booked transfer / service. Otherwise, a percentage of 50% of the agreed amount will be charged. With a notice less than five hours before the rental or in case of no show / refusal of service by the customer, a penalty equal to 100% of the booked service will be applied, in relation to the first day of rental.
The controlled holidays (Easter, Liberation, Labour, Republic, Assuption, All Saints' Day, Immaculate, Christmas, New Year and Epiphany) have a surcharge of 30% of the ordinary rate. The night service (from 22:00 to 06:00) has a surcharge of 20% of the ordinary rate. The request of the child seat has a surcharge of 15% of the ordinary rate.
Payment can be made: - By direct remittance through cash or credit / debit cards on the vehicle with the issue of regular receipt; - By bank transfer within 30 days after invoicing (+10% VAT). For companies that wish to use the service, can get an invoice for the full deduction of those expenses.
During the rental service users are prohibited from: a) smoking during transport; b) throw objects from the vehicle stationary and in motion; c) deface, defile or damage the vehicle; d) demand the carriage of pets without having adopted, in agreement with the driver, all possible measures to avoid damage or soiling of the car; e) demand that the transport is made in violation of the rules of safety and conduct contained in the current Highway Code.
